Regarding Coronavirus (COVID-19)

Update 5/29/20

We are still operating drive-thru only.  We hope to open the lobby in early June, when construction is completed on the front counter.  The drive-thru is full service, so we are still processing loans, opening accounts, and processing your daily transactions.  Cash advances can be processed as well, as long as a pin number is not required.  Feel free to call ahead and have your transaction ready or call with any questions you may have!

Update 3/17/20

Starting 3/18/20 we will be operating by drive thru window only for our normal business hours.  We ask that as a courtesy to the members in line you please limit your transactions.  We may ask that you drive around and get back in line if you require services that take longer to complete.  Feel free to call ahead and have your transaction ready upon your arrival.   If you have any questions, please contact us at 337-436-2257.

We all need to have patience and work together until we all can return to our normal routine.


At SPELC FCU, the health and wellness of our members remain at the top of our priorities.  At this time, we are monitoring and following all guidelines from the Center of Disease Control (CDC) and our local government leadership, as well.

At this time, our office remains open and ready to serve you.   However, we do encourage you to use the drive thru window if possible.   We also encourage you to use your Online services that are available 24/7.

We will continue to monitor this quickly evolving situation and are here to assist our Members as needed.
